- DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP TO FOLLOW THE VENUS PHYSIQUE PROGRAM?
The Venus Physique program is designed around standard gym equipment (e.g. barbells, dumbbells, cables, etc.). If your gym doesn’t have the equipment you need to perform a certain exercise you are more than welcome to swap the exercise in-app.
- WHAT DAY SHOULD I START THE PROGRAM?
Each weekly workout begins at the start of the new work week (Monday), however, you can perform any of the scheduled workouts whenever you please.
- HOW IS THE VENUS PHYSIQUE PROGRAM COMPARED TO HIRING A PERSONAL TRAINER?
The Venus Physique program is not only more affordable than a standard personal trainer (rather than spending $60+ per session, you’ll only pay a monthly subscription of $125) it also fills in many gaps that personal trainers fail to fill.
